At JK Wrench Works, we stand behind our work and believe in honest, transparent service.

Because automotive repairs involve time, labor, and parts that cannot be reused once installed, refunds are not issued for completed repairs.

Labor & Diagnostics
- Labor and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once work has started.
- Diagnostic charges cover the time and expertise required to properly evaluate your vehicle, even if you choose not to proceed with repairs.

Parts
- Installed or special-order parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Uninstalled parts may be eligible for return within a limited time frame, subject to supplier policies and restocking fees.

Warranty & Quality Assurance
- If a concern arises related to work we performed, we will gladly inspect the vehicle and address the issue in accordance with our warranty.
- Warranty does not cover unrelated failures, pre-existing conditions, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Additional Information
- Vehicles often have multiple or underlying issues. Repairs address the specific concern diagnosed and approved at the time of service.
