Warranty Policy

At JK Wrench Works, we stand behind the quality of our work and take pride in doing the job right.

Our Warranty
- We provide a 12-month / 15,000-mile warranty on labor and parts supplied and installed by JK Wrench Works, unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty coverage begins on the date of repair and applies to the specific repair performed.

What’s Covered
- Defects in workmanship
- Failure of parts supplied and installed by JK Wrench Works due to manufacturing defects.

- Parts supplied through JK Wrench Works are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Warranty coverage, limitations, and approval are subject to the terms and conditions set by the part manufacturer.

What’s Not Covered
- Parts supplied by the customer
- Normal wear and tear items (including but not limited to brake pads, clutches, belts, hoses, bulbs, and fluids)
- Pre-existing conditions or unrelated component failures
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, overheating, or lack of proper maintenance
- Diagnostic fees for unrelated issues

Warranty Process
- Any warranty concerns must be reported as soon as possible.
- The vehicle must be returned to JK Wrench Works for inspection before any warranty repairs are approved.
- Repairs performed elsewhere without prior authorization are not covered.

Important Note
Modern vehicles are complex, and additional issues may arise over time that are not related to the original repair. Our warranty applies only to the work authorized and completed during the service visit. This warranty is limited to the original customer and vehicle and is non-transferable.
